FIBC Standard
Internal baffle panels sewn into each corner hold the bag square when filled, so it keeps its shape instead of bulging. More product per bag, per pallet and per container. Built in-house for consistent denier and tenacity.
The Baffle bag — also called a Q-bag — solves the problem of bags that bulge and lean when filled. Fabric baffles inside each corner hold the walls flat, so the bag keeps a square shape from fill to discharge. That squareness is worth real money: more bags per pallet, more per container, and safer stacking in the warehouse.
Built in-house from our own tape and yarn, every Baffle bag carries consistent GSM and tenacity, with the loop, liner and discharge options to match its load.
Construction
Baffles are fabric panels stitched inside each corner of the bag. When the bag fills, the baffles pull the corners in and hold the walls flat, so the bag stays square instead of ballooning outward. A square filled bag takes up less floor space, stacks more safely and fits more units per pallet and per container — which lowers the cost of moving each tonne.
Baffles and seams are stitched with high-tenacity thread for repeated handling. Generate an enquiry for custom specifications →
