A foundation in
woven packaging.

Hanuman Weavelon Flexpack is built on the manufacturing foundation of Ambaji Geotex, our group's woven packaging unit, which began serving the domestic market with PP woven fabric and bags.

2021

Scale and
export.

Steady expansion across tape, weaving, lamination and printing took the group to a capacity of 1,200 MT per month, and into export markets beyond India.

Building on that base, the group moved into FIBC - the higher-specification, export-driven end of woven packaging.

Extrusion and Winding

4 TAPE EXTRUSION LINES WITH AUTO-ROTO WINDING

Extrusion & Winding

Each of our four tape lines carries an auto-gauging die with X-ray thickness measurement, so tape thickness is corrected in a closed loop at the die itself. The tape passes straight to auto-roto winders that doff at a pre-set length, delivering bobbins of near-identical tape length to every loom. Consistent winding at the bobbin is what shows up as consistent GSM on the loom.

Circular Weaving Looms

Circular looms - 154 looms

Weaving

154 looms, from narrow sack fabric to wide FIBC body panels. Every loom carries warp-break detection and weft-supply sensors and stops on fault, so a defect never travels into a roll. Gussets and reinforcement are woven in, not added afterwards.

Multifilament Yarn Line

Multifilament spin-draw-wind line - 1 line

Yarn

We spin our own polypropylene multifilament. Lifting loops, webbing and stitching thread begin as polymer chip in our own plant, drawn and wound on a multi-end line - so loop strength is something we control, not something we buy.

Coating and Lamination Line

Coating & Lamination

Both faces of tubular fabric coated in a single continuous pass, for a print-ready, moisture-resistant surface.

  • BOPP lamination alongside PP/LDPE extrusion coating
  • Capacity: up to ~10 million metres of coated fabric per month
8 Colour Flexographic Printing Press

Printing

Gear-less flexographic printing for sharp, registered print on woven fabric.

  • Every unit on independent closed-loop servo drive
  • Up to 8 colours
  • Capacity: ~8 million metres per month
Block Bottom Conversion Line

Block bottom conversion line - Starlinger - 2 line

Block Bottom Conversion

This line produces genuine AD STAR block bottom sacks. The bottom is fused thermally, with no adhesive - leaving a sack that is 100% single-material polypropylene: nothing to migrate, nothing to delaminate, fully recyclable, and fit for direct food and pharmaceutical contact.

  • Zero-adhesive thermal bottom bonding, under the Starlinger AD STAR process
  • Bag width 260-600 mm, length 400-930 mm
  • Capacity: 10 million+ block bottom sacks per month
