The Conical bag is built around one job: emptying completely. Its funnel-shaped base channels product down to a central spout, so almost nothing is left trapped in the corners. That's essential for high-value products where every kilo counts, for sticky or bridging materials, and for applications where residue would mean contamination or extra cleaning.
Built in-house from our own tape and yarn, every Conical bag carries consistent GSM and tenacity, with liner and discharge options to match the product.

Construction
How the Conical bag is built.
The base is shaped into a cone that narrows to a central discharge spout. Gravity does the rest: product slides down the tapered walls to the spout, so the bag empties almost completely instead of leaving material trapped in the corners of a flat base. That matters for expensive products, for sticky or bridging materials, and anywhere residue means waste or cross-contamination.
