FIBC Standard
Woven as a seamless tube on a circular loom, so the body has no vertical side seams at all — maximum strength with minimal stitching. A strong, economical choice for fine and free-flowing products. Built in-house for consistent denier and tenacity.
The Circular (or Juki) bag is woven as one continuous tube, so its body has no side seams — the walls are a single, unbroken piece of fabric. That gives it even strength around the whole body and removes the seam leak paths that fine powders find in panelled bags. With only the top and bottom to finish, it's also quick and economical to convert.
Built in-house from our own tape and yarn, every Circular bag carries consistent GSM and tenacity, with liner, loop and discharge options to match the product it carries.
Construction
The body is woven as a continuous tube — there are no side seams to sew or to fail. Only the top and bottom are finished, which means fewer stitch lines, fewer potential leak paths, and a naturally strong body wall. The tubular form also gives a smooth inner surface, which suits fine powders and helps with clean discharge.
Top and bottom are finished with double-stitched, high-tenacity seams. Generate an enquiry for custom specifications →
